1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on the 888bd platform, accessing any of its services, placing a bet, participating in a casino game, or making a financial transaction through the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. 3.2 Account Suspension and Closure

• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within a reasonable period;

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, 888bd reserves the right to withhold the balance held in the account pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request in the absence of any breach, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to verification requirements having been met.

3.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more will be classified as dormant. 888bd reserves the right to deduct a monthly maintenance fee from the balance of dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email prior to any such deduction. Accounts with a zero balance that remain dormant for an extended period may be closed at the discretion of 888bd.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook

8Intellectual Property
